Due to Covid-19 all deliveries made by carrier services Nationally & Internationally are subject to delay. As a result of this we are currently not shipping Internationally. The biggest delay so far has been found with the USPS which has put an extended delivery time on all shipping classifications from first class package to priority mail.
ALL SHIPPING RATES ARE CALCULATED BY THE SHIPPING CARRIER. SHIPPING RATES ARE BASED ON THE WEIGHT OF THE ORDER AND THE DESTINATION.
Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
Returned Orders/ Incorrect Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct shipping address is listed with your order. Each order will be shipped to the address listed unless the customer reaches out to change the address within 48 hours from the date the order is placed. Once an order is moved from processing to production the shipping address can no longer be changed. If your order is returned due to incorrect address, or is abandoned at your PO Box the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to resend the order.
Glitter & Goon LLC is not responsible for items that were lost or stolen in transit. If your item was lost or stolen in transit please contact the shippinh carrier directly to file a claim. If you need your tracking information please e-mail us.
Return To Sender
If your item is returned to sender you will be invoiced for the cost of shipping in order to reship the package. If you don't want to purchase additional shipping to reship your order we will issue you a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the cost of shipping. There are no refunds issued for items that are returned to sender.
1.) Please allow 3-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Processing depends on the method of payment. If you pay with a credit card it takes 3-5 business days for the payment to clear. Orders completed with paypal process in 1-3 business days. Orders cannot be moved from processing to printing until the payment has been cleared.
2.) Once the payment clears then your order will be moved into printing. Each item is custom made so please allow 3-5 business days for your order to print. In special cases orders will ship faster but unless noted these are the parameters in which orders are processed, printed and shipped.
3.) Once printed your order will then ship. Please be on the look out for a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information and estimated delivery.
The Goddess Collection
Our goal is to provide you with the best garments possible, so when ordering from the Goddess Collection please keep in mind that the average order will arrive within 14 business days after the payment is processed. Some orders may arrive earlier but that is not a guarantee so please consider that when ordering from the Goddess Collection. Glitter & Goon will not assume responsibility for shipments that do not arrive earlier.
Most of our spiritual tools are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and production. Shipping will take an additional 2-10 business days and is dependent upon the method of shipping purchased by the customer at time of checkout.
Priority Mail & Express Shipments
When priority or express shipment options are selected during checkout please understand that the estimated delivery date is based on the day the package is shipped, not the day the order is placed. No order will be shipped until the payment is processed and the merchandise is created. Glitter & Goon will not reimburse for shipment costs for orders of this nature.
Free Local Delivery
Due to Covid-19 this option is currently suspended
The Goddess Collection, The Khimar Collection, and Spiritual Tools are available for free pick up in Bakersfield. When the payment for the order clears our customer service team will reach out to schedule delivery. If the customer doesn't confirm a delivery date and time within 5 days the order will be cancelled. Any customer that selects the local delivery option without a Bakersfield verified address will be invoiced for the cost of shipment. All shipping invoices are due upon receipt. Any shipping invoices that has not been paid in 24 hours will result in the order being cancelled.
Custom Fees are the responsibility of the customer. Glitter & Goon will not pay any custom fees for international orders. If the package is abandoned due to the customer not paying their customs taxes upon receiving the returned package we will refund the order minus the original cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
